I'd go with the first one. It's graphics card has some dedicated memory, which means improved performance, and current Intel processors are more powerful than current AMD processors

Which card is better HD3200 , HD2400 or 8400M GS? Which will work better? Which is best choise for gaming? Which is fastest? Which is more powerful for games? Please reply? Which will work better for Crysis ( medium or low settings!) ??

No card of them can run Crysis at any practical refresh I believe. They all are underpowered for any modern game. At least 8600M GT or HD 2700 or 3650 is required for somewhat enjoyable gaming.

Depends on what you need - I bought a laptop 3 years ago which is faster than your example and my laptop can't play any recent game in enjoyable refresh rates.

I with my Samsung R20+ laptop now! I can play PES2009 on all high settings! I have 20 FPS with radeon X1250!
Does ACER TM5530G is good? I can play games with it?

I'd get at least a laptop with HD 2600, 3650 or 8600M GT. But even ACER TM5530G is about 4-5x faster in gfx than your Samsung.

What is Acer TM5530G video card hypermemory? Its gives more video card performance? It gives more power for Ati HD3470?
If you can recommend me laptop shop which can ship laptop to Latvia (About 700$ shipping) ?
