So I finally decided and bought the uni body 2.4GHz MBP and im using it now. I love the OSX but the mouse pad is a little cumbersome and dragging is still difficult even after setting the tap to click option. should i return this mac or wait because i have 10 days to make the decision. I normally click with my left hand and move the cursor with my right, but this macbook pro thinks my left hand is the cursor instead of the click and sometimes freezes when im moving the mouse, thinking my left hand is the mouse mover. Is apple going to adress these track pad issues?

Its a good question, and one I don't have an answer to. I would say that if you can't get it acting a way you feel comfortable with via the system preferences, I wouldn't bet on it changing in the future. Apple has never impressed me with their ability to admit being wrong(2-button mouse?).
Is a bluetooth mouse not an option for you though? I tend to use one myself as I use software that requires it, and the buletooth connectivity makes it rather nice for me.
