I just bought an asus x83v from bestbuy in milpitas california on friday, everything was fine till I tried to load some cds and the rack wouldnt close unless you tried it a couple of times, also the kicker was when I closed the laptop it would enter into hibernation but when I started it back up it would say that the hibernation file was corrupt and had to restart... annoying! So the next day I returned it and got a different one in santa cruz only to have the same hibernation problem, bestbuy suggested getting a different laptop but this one had all the stuff i wanted hardware wise and the color so I stuck with it and thought maybe they just had a bad batch of installs, so tried to use the recovery disk and do my own install only to discover so far that alot of the drivers and programs didnt load (ie. the microsoft package, nvidia tools etc.)
