Replacing an Emachines M6811 Keyboard

Has anyone done this? Or does anyone know how to do this? We just got this model and apparently both the shift keys are depressed. Anythime you try to double click an icon it opens 3 different programs (or more) and the keyboard itself doesn't do anything unless you push several different keys all at once with a decent amount of pressure. I found directions on how to remove a generic keyboard on a laptop, but I looked at the m6811 and it appears that method won't work.

Can anyone help? Thank you so much!!
