Turn off case LEDs on G71G Laptop?

Yeah I bought a flashy gaming laptop - but not for the bling

Is there a way to turn off all of the case LEDs? In looking at the Direct Console utility, I can see how some can be turned off but not all.

I don't know this for sure, but you could try uninstalling Direct Console and see if that shuts them off entirely. If it doesn't work, you can always reinstall the program from your restore disc.
