m15x stopped working

I left my laptop on for approx 2 hopurs, when i came bak to check email, the screen came on like normal, then it shut off completely the next.. i thought it was updating or something, but then i got a burning smell.. plugged out n checked n cudn't see anything.. but i noticed everytime i plug in, the green light on the adapter starts blinking n becomes dull, when i unplug it, back to normal..
the laptop not coming on at all now , even if it on de batteries.. i dunno

any suggestions?.. i have 5 months left on warranty.. does that cover it?

yeah call alienware and have them diagnose what is wrong....
