Recovery create problem?

I have purchase new Toshiba laptop A300-1G when I try to create the recovery Disc I get this Error Code(0E01b5-26-00037304)A power calibration area occurred.please check if the disc is scratched or dirty.If so, please try again with a new disc.
So I try with 2 new DVD and not succed do you have any idea?
My OS Is Vista Business .

I just read about this on another forum. The discs that you have, are they DVD+R , if so, try DVD-R. For whatever reason, it helped the user on the other forum. Let us know if this helped
