Toshiba A300-1GT Problem

Hi; everyone I have problem with my new laptop Toshiba A300-1GT the problem is that the screen is freezing suddenly and different color upper on the screen like small color line not Blue screen, it is forth time happened I have dump file if anyone can analyze it, anyone have idea?

Have you recently added any programs to the machine. Have you been doing any "fine tuning" with any devices.

Yes I have adding some programs like Adobe Acrobat that I use it daily for my work, but this problem happened in fourth time after I recover my laptop and without adding any new programs only I open the wireless, please what did you mean by "fine tuning"?

Have you been playing around with settings. You didnt mention what Operating system you are using, but I would assume that it is Vista.
If so, go to Start>Control Panel>System>open Device manager top left hand corner of box which opens and check to see beside each device if there is a yellow or red exclamation point. Actually, if the machine is that new, I would take advantage of the warranty and call Toshiba and take it in to an authorized Toshiba repair facility

It's new I buy it before 4 days ago and I didn't touch any sitting because it's new just I add some programs that I use it daily for my work as I mention before, the operating system is windows Vista Business CPU 2.26Gh P8300 Ram 4G, and I didn't find any yellow or red exclamation point, I'll try to contact Toshiba with my 1 year warranty, but do you have any idea what cause it or is there any similarity problem?

Just wondering, have you checked to make sure that the programs yoiu added are all Vista compatible. Is there any particular program which causes the freezing

About the programs all of it is new virgin and completable with vista just first time happened when I try instilling adobe acrobat in th second time after i recover the laptop when I update the window, I have analyze the dump file with Windbg I get this results

Well, if the laptop is only 4 days old, you cant have added that much. Could I suggest doing a system restore back to the day you bought it. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System restore. That will put it back into the same state as when you bought it. Then, ifyou only use Adobe Acrobat to read the occassional PDF file might I suggest not reloading Adobe as there have been numerous complaints on other forums about it. Download and install Foxit reader http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/index.php Which is compatable with Adobe documents. Then, I would suggest loading one new program at a time and rebooting after each new install to see which one may be causing you this problem

I have recover it to original and didn't install any new programs but it happen when the computer updating the Windows, and this is the analyzing the dump file after recovery

If I were you, I would contact Toshiba and take it in to an authorized Toshiba repair facility and let them deal with it.

No computer pro here. Maybe qhn or one of the others on this site can add their opinions/options. Basically, a new computer should not be causing this amount of grief and taking it in to be Toshiba's problem should be considered
