WHAT TO CHOOSE

I use the "bloated" SZ. And after a good clean up (disabling unnecessary processes and services) this machine flies.

The SR shows better specs - get it

I had to make a similar decision between the SR and SZ. I got the SR. The P chip is more advanced and sucks less power. Also the chassis and keyboard felt a lot more solid to me overall. I swapped in an SSD and now the SR flies. I wish I sprung for the bluray model with hdmi, but oh well, i didn't want to spend an extra 700 for it.
Once I upgrade to 4gb ram, this machine will be complete.
