can u use 1280x800 resolution?..HP mini notebook with the same screen size (10.2") can use 1280x800 why cant this asus n10 use it?...can u use nvidia control panel-manage costum resolution and create 1280x800?..

The N10 uses a different screen than the HP. Maximum resolution is part of the screen hardware, not part of software, so the resolution listed (800x600 for the N10) is the highest it will ever get unless you replace the screen with a different one.

can u hack it like eee pc?....eee pc can use 1024x768 or even 1280x768

Actually, it's not a hardware limitation. You can downgrade to windows XP and get 1024x768... Search through n10user.com for the instructions on what you need to do once you have downgraded to XP

You can as said never go from 800x600 to 1024x768. You have 800 pixels across by 600 pixels up and down. Nothing will change that. No hack no application nothing regardless of what anyone says.

OK you can run at the higher resolution but you will not see half the screen, back to pixels.
