alright, im from aussie and i have a asus F3L (stock) running vista business 32-bit

alright heres the problem, i start the computer up in normal mode bnoots up fine no problems on the welcome screen or anything, now here comes the real trouble if i wait at the desktop waiting for the sidebar to come up for around about 1 minute then it automattically comes up with the bluescreenofdeath of what i understand it comes up with a couple of errors saying "STOP: 0x(...)" kind of hard to explain but im happy to give a pic to whoever needs it, and so i researched these errors on the net and most of them resulted in "bad RAM modules". now, before i said "in normal mode" but what about in safe mode, well ill start it up in safe mode and it comes up with a list of all the drivers needed to boot or whatever, so it comes to the login screen with the horrificresolution as it should, then it comes to the desktop and i can keep it there for any amount of time, no problems.

but i cant operate it everytime in safe mode so please help!!!

oh i should also add that i have copied some files to my external HDD you knoe .exe's, pics, vids, docs, and the rest of my junk, the reason for that is because i want to reformat my comp to when i opened it up out of its asus packaging, b ut the thing is is that i dont know how to go about doing it without completly wiping the whole computer away leaving me with a chip of ram

so help in that area will be apprecitated if it cant be fixed

thanks, bonecrusher
