I have vostro 1400, I am facing problem with my keyboard , It get stuck many times and hangs my computer. sometimes it doesn't even work at the startup. Actually what happens is the media buttons glow up means they show a sign that they have been pressed after that my keyboard doesn't work and some times keypad also doesn't work. I tried running diagnostics testing which was passed, also I have checked the custom test for keyboard which was also working fine. I have tried connecting external keyboard but I was facing same problem, I tried disconnecting the internal keyboard from the motherboard but same problem was there, so it seems to me like some other problem. Kindly let me know if any one has the solution of this thing, I am really living like a
person without my lappy. Please help me. Thanks in advance!
