Quick M90/M1710 cd drive question

I was wondering if anyone can tell me where i can buy the little metal tab the screws to the back of the cd/dvd drive. It is the one that holds the drive in the laptop.

To my knowledge you cant. You could however pick up a new drive on eBay for only about $30 shipped.

The best chance you have at just getting that tab is to find someone on this forum that has a broken drive, mail you the tab.

As Cstradling said, you pretty much have to buy a new drive that has the tab included just so you can get the tab.
