I mean't to post that here but I had a brain fart and didn't. I've cleaned out the dust bunnies. Seems like it's just stuck at that heat settings.

wow....yeah that is hot,my vostro 1500 with pretty much the same spec would only go to max cpu 72degC and GPU 65.

Did you dismantle the notebook and remove the fan to clean out the fluff?
IMO compressed air from the outside doesn't get rid of everything.
