Jinxed, so you are saying that you use a remote desktop blackberry interface?

or do you mean that you use TOS's trading desktop software (which does rock like no other)

prudy graph?

i'm thinkin' i might go for BB bold. i'm interested to see how big the bold is. i'm used to carrying the 8525 around, so weight won't be an issue. the 8900 looks promising, but i don't know when att will pick it up. from some of the forums i've read, it looks like tmobile has the 8900 out already.

Friend of mine just got the HTC touch pro after he was so impressed by the HTC Mogul that Geek Squad issued to him. The thing was tempting enough he switched from AT&T to Sprint to get it. Sprint says I'm eligible for upgrade so I'm definitely going to be chucking my Q for the Touch Pro. I think it beats the hell out of the iphone.

I personally think my AT&T Bold is outstanding, It is the best blackberry i have owned yet, The UI way exceeds the 8300 Curve I had, the color is outstanding, the video quality is great, sound quality is awesome, it's real easy to type on, and alot of applications are popping up for the bold and storm, (don't care for the storm, sluggish response imo) but now i got twitter/myspace/facebook all on my BB. The only real competitor i had was my iPhone, but i became really annoyed with the iPhone's lack of MMS support, i would constantly get MMS messages from friends and family, and curiousity would eat me alive and i would have to log on to the very, very slow mms viewing site At&t has to view the MMS messages and it just wasn't the same and like i thought, i eventually dropped my iPhone the wrong way. ( getting on a camel in kuwait and it slid out my pocket and hit the only rock in the sand for a 35mile radius) it survived but with a large crack down it, and yet still functional is very ghett-o in my opinion so i had held out until the BB bold was released and i am real happy about my chocie.

I recently got a Cingular 8525 secondhand. You should try upgrading to Windows Mobile 6.0. I beleive there is an official AT&T ROM for it, and there is a good support community on xda-developers with more info on ROM flashing. Mines already had 6.0 flashed, but I may flash to a modded version soon.

Also, I think Palm phones are worth a look. My brother got an older Palm Tungsten about a week before I got my 8525, and I gotta say, Palm OS is seems much easier to pick up. Windows mobile isn't bad, especially for power users, but it seems like it's easier to jump right into tasks with Palm OS.

I just ordered an HTC Touch Diamond, yes there is a Diamond II,but I don't like it because of the no D-pad thing.

Hopefully I can live with 2.8" screen after year's using 3.5/3.6" winmo device's....VGA resolution will hopefully ease the transition.

I wanted the Bold so bad... but I ended up with the Curve...

I got a BB storm, and haven't had any problems with it. I like the screen size, use it as a media player a good bit. I'm not so keen on the touchscreen, but I'm getting better at using it.

G1, it supports Enterprise now.

I don't think T-mobile is supported by my company. Only AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and Nextel
