Dell E1505 pci-e wireless N upgrade

I just got another E1505. Built in summer 06. It came with XP MCE and wireless B/G. I have removed the B/G card and replaced it with a Dell NJ449 wireless N card. The Device manager says the card is functioning properly. But, I cannot use the wireless. No signal. The new card plugged in just like the old B/G card.

Hard wire works fine. But, No wireless connections work.

Checked everything by comparing it to my other E1505 which came with wireless N. All things I check were the same between the two computers.

Computer will also not show any available networks on the Network utility.

I am lost at this point and need some ideas.

I was able to enter my wireless network name and WPA code. But I still am getting no signal. The wireless works fine with the other computers I have. It is just the used E1505 that is having problems. WZC is set to automatic. The computer tells me there is a problem with the TCP/IP.

Has anybody had a problem connecting at all. Maybe you had a similar problem and found a way that I can try to use.

Card that I received was dead ordered another.

I found this out by placing the card in another E1505 and it did not work there either.
