I bought this notebook on the Fri 18th from ishop and within hours I received a call to confirm my order. Afterwards I checked my balances online and saw that the transaction went through. I thought, wow they're really efficient... I was wrong. So I called on the Fri 25th to ask for tracking number and I find out my worst fear, they didn't have one and said that it'll be available by tomorrow. This confirms that they havn't even shipped yet. I only live within 2-3 days ground shipping!!! Pretty much dampened all my spirit. So now I have to wait till Weds 30th or so they say. They sure are efficient when it comes to $$$, who gives a crap about keeping customers happy and well informed. I'll just have see how this one goes, but I'm just about to cancel my order grrrrrrrrrrrrr
