I hate AW right now. I just got off the phone with AW they called me to let me know that the sales rep that sold me my card was not aware that the cards were not available as a upgrade at this time and that it would be 3-4 weeks before I would be able to get it. The card is only available to new costumers at this time. I made a big fuss about this saying that is BS because I have already dropped 3,590.00 on an A51-m and I should be able to get it first or at the same time as new customers. I said I wanted to talk to a manager he said he was a manager and he said that he was going to sell me the card when it becomes available at discounted price. Then I said “with free shipping” he said no that I would have to pay for shipping. Thin I said ok give me a reference No. pertaining the discount on the card he did and said that it was in the notes for my account. So thin I called back talked to someone else and asked if the discount was in the notes she said yes, thin I said that I wanted to cancel the Aurora 64 FX system that I ordered for my brother she asked why and I said how upset I was about the card mix-up and that I did not want to do business with them any more except for the upgradeable GPU and that I would not be buying any more systems form them. She thin asked if she could put me on hold I said yes, she came back on the line and said that her manager wanted to talk to me but he was talking to another customer could she put me on hold again I said yes. The manager came on the phone and it was the guy that called me at home to tell me the bad news and asked why I wanted to cancel I told him the same thing I told the girl he then offered me free shipping on top of the discount for the 9700 if I did not cancel the Aurora. I then said ok and got my way in the end. Well almost, I sill have to wait 3-4 weeks before I can reorder the card.
