Just putting a question out as to whether many people would be interested in knowing what happens inside Alienware? How is your system assembled? How is it handled when its repaired? Interesting stories about customer care? Many of us have very different ideas of what Alienware is and the quality behind the name but perhaps the reality is very different. Perhaps someone who worked there previously could provide details unbiased details?
