M5550 Upgrade to 8600GT problems, please help!

So i ordered a 8600Gt from mac recycling and i just got it in today. I put the card in and everything boots up but as soon as windows is loaded it wont let me change resolution or color depth from 4-bit color.

I went to device manager and i am getting an error 21, "there are not enough available resources for this device" on the video card.

Could this be because im at the 2.07w bios? I heard someone was having display problems with it. If so where can i get the 2.06 BIOS? MyHive doesnt show any of the older versions. My email is kodyandtarafleming@gmail.com if someone can send it to me.

Any other ideas what could be causing this?

I needed to downgrade my Bios to get my 8600GS working. I'll send you the 2.06 Bios when I get home tonight. That should get you sorted. Thats in about 7 hours from now.
