Thread Starter
hi,
on my gateway mx 6025 a few of the keys suddenly stopped working a few days ago, namely 3, 4, 8, 9, i, f, h, - and = (i'm using the on-screen keyboard right now). i tried a new keyboard, but it is still the same.
any ideas ow this could be resolved?

thanks

Take the keyboard out and reseat it, pay attention to the flimsiness of the ribbon cable. If that does not work, your keyboard might be failing.
