Gateway MP6954

I need to replace a broken hinge (mount). I have searched everywhere for tear-down instructions. The main thing is keyboard removal...I think I can go from there. Does anyone have keyboard removal instr?

After further investigation i find that the broken part is part of the bottom base. This part costs $160 and everything needs to be gutted just to fix this one hinge... a terrible design. i will never purchase a gateway again. this bottom base is made of cheep cast pot metal. if anyone knows of a better fix please let me know thanks. I don't believe JB weld will work because of the small bonding area and the amount of force exerted on this part.

Best bet is to look for a dead MP6954 and swap the casing.
