Ideas on unloading my two laptops

Thread Starter
Hello, I have two laptops that are in excellent shape physically, screens are perfect etc, but both have busted motherboards. I was wondering if anyone might have some suggestions on where i could get rid of them and get the most bang for my buck. Is ebay pretty much the way to go? Should I try and sell parts individually or each computer together?

Quick Details

1
Inspiron 600m 14"
1.5ghz Pentium M Banias
512mb RAM
Centrino equipped
Radeon 9000 video card (i believe not 100% i know it is a dedicated card though)
battery's fine etc.

you can always try to part them out in the For Sale/Wanted section here or on other computer-based forums. In general, I think that there are less scams and more legitimate interest in a niche market like our FS/Wanted section in comparison to a more general market such as eBay.

If you want to part it out try FS/ wanted like Djembe said. I have had pretty good response with my Dell e1705. You could try craigslist.com but it is very hit or miss on the scammers(cash in person only and you wont be scammed).

to be honest there are a ton of car forums and tuners and car enthusiast are looking for laptops to tune their vehicle so that may be a place to sell them as well.
