I forgot to post that I beat this last Weds. Pretty disappointing. 21 hours on normal.

21 hours for a 60 dollar game is a rip off. Bastion was longer than that for a quarter of the price. Why put so much time and effort into something for it to be short.

I didn't seek out EVERY side quest, but I did a lot of them. I'm not one of those people who checks every corner of every map. But I DO try and bump into people when I can. I try and play it like a movie. Seamless.

But I didn't pay $60 for it. Not even close. $39 on steam.

I also bought Dead Island yesterday for $37 and Resistance 3 today for $33.

Well then your as disappointed with this as I was with KZ3, paid the same for a short game. I almost bought Res3 today, almost.

Resistance 3 got good reviews. I think I am going to start it today despite what i said about my log.

Let me know what you think about the first few mission's. The local Game Stop has a few in store packages, Res1-3 is one of them.

Yea its pretty short. Playthrough for me was around 25 hours or so, but I'm going back through it on a higher difficulty and taking different paths and methods through it. I was pretty satisfied though. It was plenty entertaining and has a nice story until the fall apart ending.

I was very surprised how short it was. I think ME took me 40 hours to play through.

Bumping this back up so Steve can see it laugh4.gif

I finished my 2nd playthrough. Still upset with the ending-o-matic 3000. But other than that, I still love the game. I started a 3rd play the other day.

I liked it, or I should have said, enjoyed it, but it left a lot to be desired.

How so? I thought the gameplay lived up to the original quite well, even surpassing it. The story was nice until the end. But the ending of all Deus Ex games falls apart, so it was par for the course.

I thought the game was lazy. I'll get into specifics when I get home.

Feral Interactive today confirmed that first-person role-playing game Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition will be released for the Mac on Thursday, April 26th. Developed by Eidos Montreal and published by Square Enix for games consoles and PC, Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a prequel to the legendary Deus Ex (2000).

The Mac release of Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition will be a complete version of the game, containing the Explosive Mission and Tactical Enhancement packs and The Missing Link DLC.

“This is the next step in Mac gaming,” said David Stephen, Managing Director of Feral Interactive.

I need to find a guinea pig in the office to spend sometimes on this laugh4.gif
