I just replaced a bad HD on my dv9000 with a 320GB SATA HD (this is the 1st HD, no 2nd HD). Vista loaded fine on it but recognizes only 24GB of the 320GB. I thought that I had read that the dv9000 could handle whatever.
What is the max HD size for a dv9000? Do I need to create multiple partitions, and how do I do so?
This probably has an easy solution, but I have searched diligently for the past 2 hours and found nothing.
