Hi, i have a problem with my compaq c742em, it doesn't charge very well -
when plugged in, the blue light around the power jack indicating charge can light but the battery is not charging
this jack is VERY tempremental, a little movement can turn this blue light off
sometimes the battery will charge, but most of the time i have to hold the lead quite hard to get it to charge
and finally.... sometimes the laptop WILL charge but the blue light in the jack can be off!?!
This is very confusing to me and any help will be greatly appreciated
