9262 battery issue

I got my 9262 about 3 months ago. When it came, i found issues with the video cards and had to send it back to have it fixed (big hassle, shipment took over a month). When i got it back, I discovered another problem. The battery constantly drained when plugged in. It drained slowly, at a rate of 1% a day, and wouldnt ever increase, even when turned off. unplugged it to move rooms, dropping the percent by about five, which couldnt be regained. When it was down to about 50 %, I contacted Sagers tech support, and they said the could send me a new battery. I got the battery yesterday, but it has the same problem. When I put my cursor over the battery icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, it says "plugged in, not charging." What do I do!?!


EDIT: here are my specs:
3 ghz quad core processor, dual 9800s, 3 320gb harddrives in raid 5, 4gb ram, 1920x1200 resolution,

Doesn't sound like a battery problem. Sounds like a faulty connection into your notebook. Send it back to wherever you purchased it from if it's under warranty.
