My network card in my 1730 is acting up. Who do I call to get it replaced on warranty?

Ghostbusters. Anyway, just chat with technical support online. Thats always been the best option imo.

I keep getting dicked around when I call. Its almost as though once they know you have a high end computer, they become jealous and dont want to help you.

Most of my customers that use chat seem to spend less time in chat than they do on the phone.

Anyways I swapped the network card with another I had and it didnt solve the problem. It appears its a problem with some settings on the security. I wish we didnt need to have passwords or encryption.

Ok I solved the problem. First I have a Dlink wireless N router and Shaw cable 15MBs spped. For some reason the only computer on my system that was acting up was my 1730. It would work intermitantly, fine one minute, super slow the next. I ended up resetting the router to defaults and reconfigured the wireless settings and presto the 1730 now loads pages in milliseconds. I was almost to the point of trying another Windows install and now I am glad I didnt waste my time. Odd that only the 1730 acted up.
