What do i need

ok im working on getting all the crap off of my girlfriends computer,and i need some help on what i need and dont need.
She is running xp media center ed sp2.
here is a list of the programs

I would leave everything alone, and just disabling the un-needed startup processes and services.

conexant hda d11o mdc v.92 modem DELETE - This is a driver for a 56k modem. If she does not use dialup don't worry about it. You can always get the drivers off the web.

consumer complete care service agreement DELETE - It is just an E-File of the contract. She can print it out or whatever if she wants to know what is in it. Actually I would recommend that.

dell system restore KEEP - You know women and those viruses and spyware! Show her how to use it. It's a basic and very simple fall back for her.

dell wireless WLan card KEEP - Driver for wireless card

Dell support UNSURE - See what others have to say.

digital content portal UNSURE - See what others have to say.

Dell connect is a browser applet that lets a Dell support tech take remote control of your PC. Keeping it won't do anything as it's only needed for when you let a tech take over.
