Difference between D630 / D630c / D631?

What is the difference between D630 / D630c / D631 ? Are they using exactly same casing? Which one is newer?

The D631 is AMD Powered unlike the D630 and D630c. The only difference in the D630c is I beleive it's support for Intel Active Management.

D630 and D630c use different TPM module too.

As for D631, I do not think it exists. Dell probably cancel the project at last minute but still have the drivers uploaded to their web site.
