Problem with Laptop Screen

Thread Starter
My laptop (Toshiba Satellite Pro U400-11v) Took a bit of a spill. Its working fine and the screen didn't crack but about one third of the screen, spreading from the right hand side which took the impact is a different brightness than the rest of the screen. In the far right corner it is slightly browner and at the edges it is almost white. There are also spots of darkness, like drops of moisture. I can see everything on my screen but its a bit distracting and annoying.

I don't think its worth replacing the screen so I'm just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to fix this?

Thanks!

I think the only fix you are going to find is a LCD screen replacement

It's probably a LCD repacement, but you might get lucky and only need a backlight bulb repalcement. Take it to a real tech for an estimate and see what they say the repair will cost and what the diagnosis is.
