Digitimes is reporting that Qualcomm and Freescale are prepped to launch ARM-based laptops at Computex Taipei

Contemplating and waiting for the ARM-based Netbooks as well, even though 1st analysis is that they lack the performance comparing to Intel and VIA technologies, they offer the potential of extended battery life.
