Just bought a m9750 and was wondering if anyone knows where i can get an extended life battery. Going overseas and apparently the airlines doesn't have a plug for me to plug an adapter into. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the m9750 is not a good laptop for battery life...

yeah i realize that part, what have you done to counter the short life? Have you found an extended battery at all?

the only thing you can really do is turn off unnecessary components running in the background and turn off the wireless and dim the screen down... this will not increase your battery life by much... i have tried it and it gives me may be ten minutes more

oh yeah you can turn off the alienware head on the screen by hitting Fn+10....

You can buy a backup battery or two, and charge them up before you fly...

yep,backup battery is always a good option whether the battery life is long or short..
