Hello everyone, this will be my first post here. I'm currently looking for my first notebook. I will be leaving the country for a few months and would want to do some computing abroad.
At work I used to have a Lenovo T61 and that is why the T400 seems like a good pick. Then again the Dell Studio XPS 13" looks good as well. And since I always wondered about what Apple was all about, the MacBook is kind of on the mix also.
I don't do any gaming. I do limited photo and video editing, My budget is about $1,300 dollars. I know that I would want something with at least Intel Core 2 Duo 8xxx or 9xxx processor, 2 or more gigs or Ram, DVD recordable, LED screen, 160gig or larger hard drive, and bluetooth. I've been reading reviews for the above three and after going through some YouTube videos I'm completely lost.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
