I just replaced the front LCD bezel on my laptop, and after reassembling everything it will no longer turn on. I opened up the top portion to check for loose screws or some kind of short but found nothing.
What is strange is that when I hit the power button, I can see the cooling fans twitch. It is almost as if it tries to power on, but finds a short somewhere and immediately shuts off (hence the fans twitching).
Does anyone have any recommendations? Are there some common causes to this sort of problem that I should look for?
