need help

Ok i recently purchased 4gb of RAM for my Alienware m5550 but it doesnt work only 2gb works i heard that i need to upgrade the BIOS but i cant find the link i logged into my hive and looked but still cant find it can someone send me a link?

I don't have an m5550, so I can't post it for you.

Once you go into my hive, click on the invoice number of the purchase that includes the m5550. The next screen should show a list that includes the m5550 highlighted. Click on the m5550 link, and it should take you to a page that lists all the drivers for the laptop. At the bottom of the list will be the bios updates.

If you do the same from the driver download page, it gives all the drivers, but not the bios'. My hive is the only place I think AW posts the bios versions.
