Acer Aspire 5920 - Reboot To Factory Settings

Hi can someone please tell me when I restart my laptop what button do I press so it brings up the option to reboot the laptop back to factory settings this should include original state of the OS etc.

If this is possible anyways.

Alt F10 is not always possible.
On the Acer screen when i use ALT F10 i hear a bleep in the computer, and then it continues starting windows...
