Hi can someone please tell me when I restart my laptop what button do I press so it brings up the option to reboot the laptop back to factory settings this should include original state of the OS etc.

If this is possible anyways.

( I also downgraded my laptop to XP when I got it...which included formatting the hard drive etc, but now I want to revert back to Vista )

Did you make a set of Restore CDs of Vista before you removed it as suggested in the User Manual???
If you formatted your hard drive to remove Vista and loaded XP, the only thing you will be able to do is purchase a copy of Vista and load it. You will also have to go to the Acer.com and make a CD of all your models vista drivers because they will not be on the Vista CD that you buy
