Acer Aspire 5550 keyboard problem

Hi guys,

I have a laptop of Acer Aspire 5550 and recently just format it. I've reinstall the windows and other drivers but i found out a problem. The keyboard works fine, but the hot key (for example: <fn>+<up> for volumn, <fn>+<right> for brightness.....) doesn't work. Is it that's something i haven't install? Can you guys tell me what it is?

Toshibas have a HotKey utility for their laptops, wonder if Acer has the same on their sites. With the clean install of XP by bought copy, you dont get all there required laptop drivers on them. You normally have to go to the builders site and get the required drivers there
