Here's my problem... I plug in my adapter and it turns on and all is well once I put it in the charging port to charge the battery of my computer the adapter shuts off immediately. The charging port on the computer is slightly cracked from a fall about a year ago but it recharged perfectly fine until now. I've had 2 other adapters go out on me the original and an aftermarket and now this one is acting up on me. After a bajillion trys if I get the charging prong at the exact right spot it'll charge the battery if I push it in too far it shuts off etc.... Is this a circuitry connection problem? Does it have something to do with the cracked charging port? Is it an electrical short? Is it another bad adapter? Is it a bad battery? Is it a bad "charging board"? Which of these is most likely the case?
