NBF Favicon......

As Steve has so kindly pointed me here, NBF needs its own favicon. Make it so Number 1!

Here is a first stab, Im no artist so please dont expect the world, usually text is nowhere posiible in a 16x16 pixel favicon, I tried doing am overlay of the three intials N.B.F. but couldnt get spacing and letters that I liked even when doing some overlapping.

But what I ended up with is actually amazing in my oppinion, 13 readable lettes in a favicon HA!!!
I think its more of your brain reading what it expects it to see, it may not be your final choice, but I think its still better than the vBulletin Favicon!!! Good thing it only takes 10 seconds to replace. But if u like it try it out, otherwise Ill go back to the drawing board.

Hey WTF happened to the attachment ability???

well here it is:




Use ctrl+ to make it bigger, although it actually looks better squished down to native 16x16

Here's my version. Let me know if you want it in .ico form.

edit @ Arch: .ico files are not supported for NBF attachments, which is why you couldn't attach it. My attachment is a .gif

what am I missing then, I thought it was in bbcode section????
I cant even find the atachment upload button ugh (in advanced mode)

But I think it is better to go w/ a static image, it would be annoying/distracting as hell to have the animation always running in my bookmarks toolbar.

Heres a couple variations/knock-offs of Djembe's again, sorry dude I know Im knock off central.....with static text





although I still prefer the bolder branding of my previous submission over these.

But it's so cool. I like the animation... not that yours isn't great too.

Yes, its so annoying that it actually prompted me to post here. I have removed this site from my favorite bar. Thus reducing my urge to visit...

EDIT for clarification: The icon is so goddamn annoying that I immediately looked for a way to inform the administrators that it was such, I saw "off-topic" and a topic had already been started (this one). So, I posted in this thread to express my extreme dislike for annoying animated fav icons. I Have 16 (was 17) fav icon's in my toolbar, to which none are animated...

Uh tridge, Im not sure what u meant....???

I see it has been replaced, I gotta renew my objection, the scrolling text is distracting in a bad way, its like a dead pixel thats of center of screen so its not always noticeable but every once in a while it catches ur eye and bugs u.
