any PCI-EX Video card..(prefer not Geforce FX series)
any TV Tuner, prefer PCI-EX, but PCI welcome

Im not understanding you correctly. Are you asking for a low end withcard with tv tuner capabilities or a low PROFILE card with tv tuner capabilities?

low end as is the ability in 3D, not "LOW Profile", i am looking for a tv tuner and a video card, not combo card, else i will ask for All-in-wonder
