Corsair, who's first SSD (128 GB) was introduced about four months ago, has another SSD announced that's supposed to hit in a few months, and this time it's 256 GB. Their previous offering broke no records with 90 MB/sec read and 70 MB/sec write speeds. HotHardware has managed to get an early release of one of the new 256 GB drives and is reporting 200 and 170 MB/sec, respectively. The price tag on this item is currently slated in the neighborhood of $749.
