Sorry for late reply.
Well it's not the first it happened but it's the first it didn't come back after a force restart. I figured out the problem with making the boot cd, but now my problem if getting a good or workable 7900 gtx go rom. On a nother post i got a link(http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/i...ace=&memSize=0) to a rom but it turned out to be a 7950 gtx go rom. Tried a few but none worked any help would be oustanding. And my screen finally went will i was on the internet, it just flinched then went black i forced restart and got a blank screen. The back light comes on but can't see anything, it also boots but went it gets to the point were the screen flinkers after what should be the welcome screen the back light turns off and it oviously boots no further as i do not hear the log on sound i should here. please help here is my spec:

A BIOS flash/upgrade should only be done if the particular upgrade (definition) corrects a known problem on your laptop. It should not be done because it is newer.
The only alternative you now have, is to take it to an authorized Toshiba Service center and have them reflash to the original BIOS

Ok thanks for the reply. By the way would it be possible to buy a go 7950 gtx from toshiba and replace my 7900 gtx go. And finally if i got the orginal bios using the syntax nvflash -4 -5 -6 -A -y ronname.rom would it flash successfully or would i still get the slow single beep, then two fast beeps. Thanks again

Vid chips are not changeable. It would necessitate a complete motherboard change.
As mentioned before, try calling a local Tosh authorized repair center and they could give you an approx cost. May be cheaper than a replaceable systemboard

Well i called toshiba center and the nearest repair depo and there weren't much help guess i have now choice but to buy a new card. Also i called toshiba spear parts and they said the 7900 gtx go replacement card would cost 700 dollars W T F o well guess i'll be putting 700 bucks in to toshiba leading lemon innovations pocket. Never buy a toshiba that's all i can say they even said they don't flash graphics card. TOSHIBA SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! if u get a link to my bios please let me know. Thanks

OK there are bad news and there are good news. Good news my graphics card is not totally dead and thus proves toshiba they shipped my notebook with a corrupt bios due to the fact that when i connect a vga monitor it shows and boots completely. Bad news my EEPROM is not support/ unknown so flashing my card with nvflash 5.72 is impossible. It would be outstanding if you could give me a list with both recommended and not recommended programmes i could use to flash my card before it is completely ruined. Reason being i am not able to play any games as there are a few artifacts. Please help as i spend quite alot o money making a custom cooling plateform for my p100 for propper cooling so any help would be outstanding. Thanks Again

How did you solve your problem lanc?, or still there?

Take your focus off the BIOS because it's not the problem. You have something else going on there.
