overheat problems

don't know about you guys, but since i had my 51m last january, i've taken out the bottom plate and cleaned out the fan grills several times already or else my system would freeze up due to heat problems. anyone find themselves having to do this a lot?

Which direction is it best to blow the air from, the side or the back? I don't want to end up just blowing the dust further into the fans!

I prefer to give a nice blast from the bottom since that's the way the air flows naturally. I guess taking off the GPU plate and shooting the video card's fan could not hurt either.
