What do you do with an empty mini PCIe slot?

I have a Gateway P-6831FX with an empty mini PCIe slot sitting in it. I was wondering what the best thing to add to this slot would be performance wise.

Intel Turbo Memory (or something like that) is the only performance related hardware to put in there afaik. I'm unsure how well that even works but its supposed to boot your computer faster and whatnot.

TV tuner, HD decoder card, turbo memory, another wireless card for um....mobile wireless hotspot and packet detection.
