Good or bad

Hi everyone!
I just bought a CS series, I love it but I've heard so many bad things about Sony laptops in general, for example, they freeze up alot, the mouse breaks...is it true? Am I better off with a Macbook?

Isn't the time to ask that question before you buy the computer?

Since you just bought one, I'd suggest you keep it, use it, and develop your own opinion. If you have heard bad things about Sony and still bought one, there must have been something about your computer that attracted you in spite of what you had heard. As long as your computer is working well, my advice is to just enjoy it.

The CS model is elegant and a solid performer. Got one for the lady, the new "electric purple". We have many Sonys in the family, and never had an issue.

Macbook is also cool, but that does not translate to better hardware than Sony (or others). They do have better support, in average.

Thanks everyone for your advice, I got this laptop as a b-day present, the reason why I wanted it is because it was pink and I love everything Sony, but it seemed like it was crashing alot, so I got worried.

Make sure you always use the notebook on a flat surface. Never leave it on a bed, clothes or towell. It won't get the proper heat flow and it will overheat and shut down.

Some helpful tips.

Care to expand "crashing a lot"? May be we can all chip in for some resolutions?
