My sister needs a new laptop. She works in New York and does a lot of office work and work from home as well. Last time I kind of dropped the ball and got her a dud of a laptop. She specified she did not want a Dell. She said she was thinking of an HP Entertainment Notebook but I know people with them and honestly I haven't found them to be too reliable. Here are some hints:
- Likes to play music from her laptop speakers
- Needs something fairly quick, wants it to load up quickly
- Preferably something lightweight but not necessity
- Lots of office work
- Wants XP if possible (going to be a tough one)
- I'd have trouble getting her to go along with a laptop that isn't a known brand (Acer would probably be the least known brand I would be able to get her to go for)
