Mac Book Pro's Glossy screen options

I just got mine last week & started with some video editing today & after a few hours, OUCH!

I can feel it in my eyes...

Should I get a matt screen cover or maybe one of those Crystal film screen covers, Like this one?

That one is nice and already cut to fit the mac. I just bought a folio, the one that is used for projector, and cut it myself. It comes in different shades.

I've never had a problem with Glossy screens before. are you mainly using it at night or during the day? During the day it can be very annoying.

I pretty much am on it all day & all night & I'm constantly in different locations with it.

But when I edited the video I mentioned above, I was at my desl the whole time.
