I need to know if the graphics card is upgradeable and/or if the GPU is one that I can pull the cooler and put Arctic Silver 5 on instead of whatever they have on there now...

Yeah I saw that...is the onboard graphics card in there at least a decent one? Not that I'm an insane laptop gamer or anything (yet) but it's always good to have great stuff in your stuff so you can do really cool stuff with stuff...

I just had no idea exactly how much 12 grams was when I ordered this stuff and plan to put it on anything with a removable heatsink in my house and the mile or so around it...I was even thinking of covering the bottom of one of my frying pans with it to see if it cooks stuff faster...hmmm....

Thx again Djembe...and thanks for the cutnpaste ghn

Niiice..well then I'm happy with what i got then...I'm guessing that it really doesn't matter anyway seeing as this thing is def going to be a whole world away from the P25 with the 2.8ghz P4 and graphics by Toshiba I've been running for the past five years or so...especially since I've been happy as hell with that again since I put the 2 gigs of ram in...

Cheers back Qhn (just noticed that its not Ghn)

Actually the more I read about your T400, the more it impresses me. You have made a good buy for value there.

"q" or "g", it is q

The graphics card in the T400 isn't fantastic, but it's not bad. It will allow you to play most games out now, with a few exceptions. As long as you're not looking to play very demanding games like Crysis, Assassin's Creed, Grand Theft Auto 4, etc., and you don't mind playing some newer games on lower settings, it should be fine for you.

hey Q, there's a really easy way I can fix that clarification issue if you're interested: You'd be QHN instead of qhn (uppercase instead of lowercase). Up for it?

Yeah, that lady (her name's Ellen..I've been asking more than a few questions...) is definitely giving great deals, I asked her if she had plenty of those in stock before I posted that just in case there was a run on them because I'm not going to be able to buy one until next Wed...

I got it, "q" for sure

Yeah I was looking at other reviews, I liked the way that Choad Messiah put a can of tuna and that garlic salt that everybody's had at some point on his S10. I'll be happy to take tons of great pics, open it up and show the heatsink/cpu area, the RAM, etc...

Man, I can't wait till whenever the ship time from wednesday next week is...

Naw, I telecommute now. SO I work from home, and once I have that laptop, with it's onboard Verizon card activated, I'll be forwarding our companys support lines to my cell, and staying in touch with my employees through IM most of the time. Then I get to work from anywhere

Yeah, I know, and UPS usually shows up here around 4-5pm...if they were better at updating their tracking system I could have had them hold it at their Tempe facility at 1pm on Friday so I could go pick it up...
